The Development Of The Intelligent Management Host Emulator In The Smart Substation Auxiliary System

Intelligent auxiliary control system is an important part of smart substation and significant support system of unattended substation. The position and role that Intelligent Management Host as one of the core of the auxiliary control system is self-evident. Currently, the field of substation auxiliary systems standard specification differences, different system architecture, product confusion, it hard to meet the requirement of 61850 protocol. In addition to this, it will cost a lot of human and material resources to build the real environment; and a variety of signal acquisition conditions are demanding. For all these reasons, we need for a simulator to complete the testing and certification of products from different manufacturers.Combine with IEC 61850, IEC104, MODBUS protocol and State Grid Intelligent Substation auxiliary systems standards, This article research and develop a intelligent substation auxiliary control system intelligent management host simulator.It mainly analyzes the functions and requirements of intelligent management host simulator and illustrates the relationship between intelligent management host simulator in Smart Substation and integrated application server and each subsystem. At the same time, this paper not only introduces the key technology of intelligent management of the host simulator research and development, but also set up an intelligent management host simulator for the hardware platform.Based on research and analysis of the functions and effects of intelligent management host, this paper analyzes the overall technical scheme and detailed implementation scheme of the intelligent management host simulator, and puts forward the idea of software design. According to the actual situation of the current state grid substation, the 104 and two 61850 models are designed. The scheme design and technical realization of each function module are completed, and the software testing process is developed.After the hardware construction and software design is completed, the supporting system that a number of companies to be carry out the Connectivity commissioning test, and gives the specific test results, and analyzes and explaine the message.The simulator can simulate environment data acquisition, control command, simulation configuration management, model management, monitoring and control, and protocol conversion. Intelligent management host has great application value, because it can assist the intelligent assistant system to achieve intelligent substation monitoring and control of complex environments.
