Substations serve as physical connection points for transmission lines of power systems,and receive and distribute electrical energy.However,some substations are remote and most are unattended.At present,the substation has realized the operation monitoring of the core equipment such as transformers,circuit breakers,disconnectors,protection devices,etc.But the existing monitoring system is insufficient to monitor the environmental parameters in the substation and auxiliary equipment such as access control,air cooling,lighting.There are certain hidden safety hazards in the substation,so it is urgent to develop a substation intelligent auxiliary monitoring system to monitor the operating environment in the substation and the operating status of various auxiliary equipment in real time to ensure safe,stable and reliable operation of the substation.Using the advanced Internet of things technology and power electronic technology,a hierarchical distributed monitoring system for substation auxiliary equipment based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is developed,which includes data sensing layer,network layer and application layer.The data perception layer mainly collects the environmental parameters of the substation and the operating status of each auxiliary equipment;The network layer mainly uses the ZigBee wireless sensor network to provide an information transmission channel for the terminal to upload data and the monitoring host to issue instructions;The application layer is mainly responsible for data analysis,alarming,displaying the environment parameters and equipment operating status in the station through the human interaction interface,and issuing control commands.The remote computer and the local server communicate through the C/S mode,and the system displays the environmental parameter information and the running status of each auxiliary device on the monitoring platform in real time.The staff on duty can carry out real-time monitoring and timely obtain the environmental parameters of substations and the operating status of auxiliary equipment in order to make corresponding treatments.Through the investigation and analysis of the needs of substation auxiliary equipment monitoring,mainly including lighting,access control,air cooling,drainage,temperature and humidity monitoring,smoke monitoring,etc.Select the communication method of the monitoring system according to the requirements.In the actual environment of strong magnetic field in the substation,design the wireless communication control board in the system terminal control with the antiinterference design as the standard.Combined with the actual situation of the substation,the single hot wire power supply board in the terminal control module of the research and development system adopts the single hot wire power supply mode,which avoids rewiring,and cooperates with the wireless communication terminal control board module to complete the research and development design of the intelligent switch.Realize the programming design of each functional module,and compile a unified communication protocol.Test results show that the system meets the design requirements and user needs.Provide strong technical support to promote the development of power grid management towards the "automation,information,interactive" smart grid.The designed substation intelligent auxiliary monitoring system makes up for the shortcomings of the existing substation auxiliary monitoring system,so as to achieve the centralized monitoring of auxiliary equipment and provide strong technical support for promoting the development of substation management to the intelligent direction of "automation,informatization and interaction".
