Case Study On Schedule Planning Management And Control Of SYW Bridge Project

China has entered the implementation stage of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.In terms of infrastructure construction,the national highway network and railway network have basically formed.In order to continuously improve the living environment of the citizens,make the people convenient and benefit the people,and improve the level of urban management,the government will continue to invest in the field of municipal construction.Municipal engineering is an important part of urban management,and the task of construction is a long way to go.Bridge construction is a very important work in urban infrastructure construction,which is closely related to the life of urban residents and an important guarantee for traffic travel.Noise,dust,traffic congestion and construction waste caused by construction will bring inconvenience to residents.The construction procedure of bridge engineering is complex,there are many supporting construction projects and many restrictive factors,so it is difficult to construct.There are many hidden projects in construction,quality problems are not easy to expose or be found,easy to be ignored by managers,high management requirements and difficult.At the same time,the bridge project also involves the local government's achievements and the environment of the construction industry.These factors will lead to tight construction period,heavy tasks,and bring management interference to the project construction.In this paper,the implementation of SYW bridge project schedule is tracked and analyzed by case study.Combined with modern project management mechanism,the key path is mainly studied.It is found that the influencing factors of project delay are various.According to the actual construction,the schedule management method is adopted.After the plan is adjusted,the project delay is minimized and the management efficiency is improved.For the problems and deficiencies in the construction of identification,analysis,response,put forward a reference schedule control method,can provide some reference for other bridge construction.
