Research On Cost Control Of Ice Sports Venues In Engineering Design Stage

With the development of ice and snow sports,the successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games,the urgent need for the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games,the ice sports venues in various regions have been carried out one after another.The construction of ice sports venues,such as ice hockey,curling,road speed skating and short track speed skating,has provided the guarantee for athletes to prepare for the war,and also provided a platform for the whole people to participate in ice and snow sports.However,due to the lack of experience in the construction of such venues,ice making technology is constantly groping and research and development,resulting in the project cost can not be effectively controlled.This paper first discusses the research background and significance of cost control in the design stage of ice sports venues,and clarifies the research value of this subject.The importance,control flow and method of cost control in design stage are introduced.After that,this paper starts with the characteristics of the ice sports venues project and the cost composition,adopts the establishment of investment control schedule,uses the value engineering principle to screen and optimize the key points,implements the quota design work through the comprehensive and rigorous design and management means,expounds and demonstrates the maneuverability of the method through engineering examples,and finally analyzes the cost control effect systematically.And in the last chapter,the cost control methods of ice sports venues are summarized and prospected.This paper uses data analysis,case analysis and other methods,taking quota design as the core of cost control,combining with practical engineering experience and summarizing engineering data,to establish investment control table.Through the expert scoring method,using the principle of value engineering method to select the design optimization focus,quota allocation.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Through sorting out the relevant literature and practical engineering experience of ice sports,this paper systematically combs and summarizes the composition and characteristics of ice sports venues.2.the present situation,problems and reasons of cost control of ice sports venues are analyzed.3.through the factory inquiry,engineering data access and other ways,collate the construction of ice sports venues project cost index system.4.establish the cost control process suitable for ice sports venues project.5.Establish cost management implementation methods for such projects.6.through the actual case,describe the operation process and method of quota design in the actual project,and the effect of cost control.
