With the deepening of economic globalization and China’s economic reform,the region has gradually become the main body with independent interests and autonomy,and the competition and cooperation between regions has gradually become the theme of regional economic development in the future.Urban road traffic engineering as a regional connection infrastructure,if it is not perfect,regional economic development will become "no source of water,no wood." It can be seen that the development degree of urban road traffic engineering plays a vital role in the whole regional economy.Urban road traffic engineering has brought great contribution to economic and social benefits,and has gradually become the national key investment infrastructure projects,and its project funds have also increased year by year.However,in the construction process of road traffic engineering projects,there are often three super phenomena,such as "budget exceeding estimate,budget exceeding estimate,final account exceeding budget ",so the cost control of urban road traffic engineering has become an important content in engineering management.The design decision-making stage has great influence on the cost of the whole project,so it is of great significance to study the cost control in the design stage of urban road traffic engineering.By investigating the current situation of cost control management in domestic and foreign design stages,I analyze the problems existing in cost control in the current design stage,and systematically study and analyze the cost control theory of urban road traffic engineering(value engineering,standardized design,quota design).The purpose is to reduce the cost of urban road traffic engineering projects,and then improve the investment efficiency of engineering projects,in order to provide some theoretical and methodological help in practical projects.Based on the urban road traffic engineering project designed by the author — Dongfeng Road Gongtie overpass project in Dongfeng County as an example,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with practical analysis.In the process of practice,the author uses the method of value engineering to optimize the design of the superstructure of the engineering bridge,and uses the concept of standardized design to optimize the layout of the bridge hole span.Finally,the method of quota design is used to control the cost of the substructure of the project.The combination of the three methods has played a remarkable effect on the engineering cost control in the design stage of the actual project.It is suggested that cost control can be carried out in advance in the design stage in future projects and make it get better effect in the whole construction process. |
