Research On Quality Management Of M Bridge Project

M super major bridge is a project under construction in Baoshan area of Yunnan Province of national expressway network.It is a cable-stayed bridge with double tower,double cable plane and semi floating system.The main bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with double tower,three span and steel box.It has high technical standard requirements and complicated construction technology and process.The coordination and organization of the whole construction process is difficult.The bridge is one of the key projects connecting the high-speed passage in western Yunnan.The opening time of the project is set at the end of 2020.In the face of the urgent time limit,the severe situation of safety prevention and the huge pressure brought by other unforeseen risks,how to do a good job in the construction quality management of the M super major bridge project has become an important topic for the project management team to study seriously.In this context,first of all,from the theoretical level,the bridge engineering construction and modern quality management scientific methods are combined to clarify the content of bridge engineering construction quality management.Starting from the project organization structure and process management,the quality management work is analyzed and studied to build the quality management system of the M super major bridge engineering construction and standardize the quality management organization and responsibility.Secondly,through the field investigation of the key points of the M super bridge construction and the challenges faced in the quality management,combined with the analysis of the field management elements,this paper puts forward the methods and countermeasures from the aspects of construction technology,project construction subject and management system,in order to successfully and efficiently carry out the construction quality management of m super bridge project.The research of this paper adopts the method of literature research to collect and summarize the relevant documents and expert theories in the development of quality management theory as the theoretical basis;adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,pays attention to the combination of theory and practice,analyzes the characteristics of the M super major bridge project construction,and combs out the challenges in the process of quality management;adopts the method of investigation and analysis In practice,it puts forward quality management countermeasures by using quality management theory,which provides certain ideas for similar project quality management in the future.
