Research On Progress And Quality Management Of HD Landscape City Project In Design Stage

Design as an indispensable part of engineering construction,as well as the quality of the design stage of the construction project,has a direct impact on many aspects such as project investment,Therefore,design is a very important stage in the construction of architectural engineering,is the leading role of the completion of architectural engineering projects.In addition,in terms of project management,project management can be understood as the application of knowledge,skills,tools and other technologies in project activities to achieve project goals.Such as: in the construction project,through project management,to achieve the construction drawings design,process design,construction preparation and other operations.Construction engineering design project management is a part of the whole process of construction engineering project management.Since the project management quality of architectural engineering design determines the completion efficiency of construction projects to a large extent,it is particularly important to increase the research on the project management of architectural engineering design.According to the research and investigation,the project management in the process of architectural engineering design is still in the initial stage of exploration and development in China,that is to say,for China,the project management in architectural engineering design is still a relatively new research field.With the increasing specialization of real estate development and design management,the project management mode of Construction Engineering in the design stage has gradually changed from the traditional mode of decentralized management by the professional directors to the professional management mode by the project manager.How to manage the project reasonably and efficiently has become an urgent problem.For the project management research of architectural engineering design,this paper will take HD landscape city as an example,starting from the introduction of research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.Then it introduces the definition and characteristics of engineering project management,and analyzes the problems existing in the project management mode of China’s Construction Engineering in the design stage,so as to build a new business process and propose a new organizational structure with the project manager as the core.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)the construction method of design team is given,(2)the key path,personnel and time optimization problems of Gantt chart in design are solved,(3)the quality management method of architectural engineering design project is proposed.In a word,the significance of this study is to improve the international competitiveness of China’s architectural engineering design,and to provide certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for the project management of China’s future architectural engineering design stage.
