Research On Service Design Of Daily Caring For The Elderly Institutions From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With the deepening of aging,institutional pensions play an indispensable role as the supplement and support of the social pension service system.However,the most elderly institutions in China have the developing problems such as insufficient resources of daily caring services,low service satisfaction rates,high operating risks,etc.How to use service design to improve the quality the services,to reduce the waste of resources,and to improve the quality of life for the elderly is the point of the research.Through natural observation and in-depth interviews,understand of the current status of caring services and what it specific contents.Based on the social particularity of the elderly service and the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,the design principles of the elderly service are proposed.Through immersive observation and indepth interviews,explored the internal needs and relationships of multiple stakeholders,and established a network diagram of the stakeholders.The main target user are the elderly who need light and moderate caring and need real-time accident monitoring protection and assistance.The secondary target user are the elderly who need more freedom and the caring staff.Through adding the post of supervisor,establishing information exchange channels and strengthening the feedback mechanism for monitoring the vital signs of the elderly,optimized the service process of call and response.To achieve this goals,designed a large number of physical and digital contacts.The design show scenes were displayed separately in the situations of emergency and non-emergency.Then made a 3D physical model of the smart assistant for the target elderly users.Finally,the AT-ONE rule was used to systematically evaluate service design.Considering what is the elderly institutions already have,this paper hopes to build an economical and applicable daily caring service system for the elderly institutions.The purpose is to improve the happiness of the elderly who living in the elderly institutions,and promote the healthy development of the elderly institutions.
