Application CMMI In Information Project Management Of TS Company Research

In recent years,information technology has penetrated into all aspects of production,control,management and operation of the electric power industry,the operation and development of such enterprises cannot be separated from the support of information technology.The nation’s security and stability of power system depends on electric power support.the electric power enterprises should not only have the general characteristics of computer network safety,but also require peculiar features of real-time control system of electric power enterprises.Despite a large amount of electric power information systems had been constructed,there still lack of a complete set of management strategy which can give unified guidance of the whole power system.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the application research of the informatization project management based on CMMI in the power enterprises,and provide practical experience for the power enterprises to improve the informatization project management.As an electric power enterprise,TS company has all kinds of problems in the construction of information project and operation and maintenance management in the present stage because of the lack of professional information personnel and the backward information technology.To this end,the paper,through the questionnaire,field interview and statistical analysis,investigated the requirements,construction,operation and security of the enterprise information project in detail,and analyzed the main reasons for the problem.By taking the CMMI management system as the core,the process management,research and development management,demand management and support management in the CMMI system are applied,and the management system of ISO20000 and ISO27001 is used to optimize the construction of information project management system suitable for TS company,so as to solve the imperfect and lack of information project management process of TS company.At the same time,through the various evaluation and analysis tools of the application process,the application results of CMMI in the TS company are determined through various evaluation and analysis tools of the application process.Thus the construction of the company information project and the management level of operation and maintenance are promoted,and the construction of the intelligent power plant of TS company is promoted.Through the research of this topic,an overall analysis of the power company’s information plan system can be made,so that the managers,employees,and relevant personnel involved in the construction of the company can have a complete understanding of information construction and improve the company’s information project management,so as to provide reference for other enterprises in the industry.
