Research On Quality Management Of GD Map Bus Route Planning Project Based On CMMI

In recent 20 years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the Internet has been popularized,and the software industry has shown a blowout development.A variety of software programs and mobile apps have brought great changes to our lifestyle.The primary pursuit of Internet software is user and user activity,and the life cycle is longer than that of traditional software,and compared with traditional software companies,it has higher requirements for iterative speed and quality.Therefore,how to improve both the iteration speed and the quality in quality management is a topic worthy of study.Firstly,the author deeply analyzes the concepts related to project quality management,understands the relevant theories of CMMI system,the basis of current mainstream software quality management,and then introduces the characteristics of agile development mode.Then take the bus route planning project of GD map as the main research object,use literature research method,data collection and analysis method and case analysis method to analyze and study the current quality management status,and point out the existing problems.and then combines CMMI system with agile development mode to implement a series of improvement measures.After effect analysis,the quality and efficiency have been improved.It proves that the combination of CMMI system and agile development is feasible for Internet quality product quality management,and also provides a valuable reference for other project quality management of GD company.
