Research On Risk Management Of Chinese Oversea PPP Project

Since 2013,China has vigorously promoted the PPP project from the national level to the local governments.But for Chinese construction contract enterprises they are in the start stage of using Public private partnership mode.And they are in the absence of practical experience in the PPP project.Chinese construction contract enterprises are in response to the call of The Belt and Road to explore the development of overseas PPP project,this is not only an opportunity but also a challenge.Risk management is particularly important in the entire PPP project life time.The risk management is not only affects the success or failure of the project,but also affects the company development of the overseas market in that country.But in the previous overseas project of Chinese company lack of risk management caused huge losses.The project risk management of Chinese funded enterprises must be carried out effectively.At first this paper introduce the meaning and background of this study,examines and analyzes the relevant literature,reviewed the current research status of risk management of PPP project,and introduce the relate concepts.From the point of view of the project manager of company A,Combining the actual situation of company A's PPP project.,according to the characteristics of the country,the characteristics of company A,other private sector,and government department to identify main risk factor of this project.Analyze the risk through a questionnaire survey,At last,in order to reduce the loss caused by risk to company A,this paper puts forward some suggestions on A company's risk management of the project to reduce the possibility of a loss in the project.
