With the development of China’s economy and society,elevators have entered thousands of households.With the emergence of elevators,the height of buildings has been growing,land resources have been fully utilized,social resources have been highly concentrated,and people’s living standards and working conditions have been improved.However,there are also various elevator accidents,among which the accidents caused by the failure of the elevator door account for a large part,such as the elevator door pinching people,the elevator door walking and so on,causing people’s casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the elevator door more deeply.China’s national standard safety code for the manufacture and installation of elevators(GB7588-2003)stipulates that: the force to prevent the elevator from closing the door shall not be greater than 150 N,and the measurement of this force shall not be conducted within1 / 3 of the beginning of the closing travel;the kinetic energy of the landing door and its rigidly connected mechanical parts shall not be greater than 10 J under the average closing speed,the kinetic energy of the car door and its rigidly connected mechanical parts shall not be greater than 10 J under the average closing speed.At present,there is no special instrument for scientific measurement of this data,and there are generally difficulties in the inspection process.Therefore,the market urgently needs to develop a test instrument for the elevator manufacturing,installation,maintenance units and testing agencies to ensure that the elevator door closing force and kinetic energy meet the standard requirements,so as to make the elevator more safe.In this paper,a dynamic safety performance tester for elevator door is designed.First of all,the relevant theoretical knowledge of the tester is analyzed from a theoretical point of view;secondly,the testing device and testing host are designed to test the closing force and kinetic energy of the elevator automatic door during the closing process.Among them,the test device uses high-precision force measuring sensor with sleeve structure mechanical device and compression spring to prevent the operation of the door leaf in the process of closing the door;the test host uses LPC2368,a microcontroller with ARM7 core,to develop an embedded intelligent micro-processing program to quickly collect the force changes in the process of the door leaf being forced to stop,calculate the closing force and kinetic energy,and give the test results.Finally,a large number of field experiments are carried out with the instrument.The brand of the experimental elevator covers the main elevator brands such as Shanghai Mitsubishi elevator,Otis Elevator,Thyssen Krupp elevator,Schindler Elevator and Hitachi Elevator.The design of the instrument is reasonable and the test is accurate.In the process of instrument test,it is found that most of the elevators in use have too much closing force.Therefore,the instrument can help elevator manufacturers,users,maintenance units,inspection agencies to accurately understand the operation of the elevator door,which has a high practical value for the elimination of potential safety hazards.
