Door closing sound quality,as an important part of the sound quality of the entire vehicle,can not only transmit information such as the door's structural material,structural design,performance indicators,manufacturing technology,etc.,but also contains the characteristics of the "Heaviness feeling" of the car,which affects customers' impressions of the quality of the car and the choice of buying a car.Therefore,the design and optimization of the sound quality of closing doors has become an important part of the sound quality design and development of the entire vehicle.Based on 20 typical passenger cars,this paper studies the relationship between subjective evaluation and objective evaluation,and analyzes the influencing factors of sound quality based on the prediction model of sound quality.On the basis of subjective and objective test and evaluation,the quality of closing door sound was improved by combining computer-aided simulation and experimental research methods for an autonomous SUV model.The main contents include:Firstly,aiming at improving the closing sound quality of domestic independent brand passenger cars,to solve the problem of mapping relationship between subjective evaluation and objective evaluation,the factors influencing sound quality,improved and optimized design,foreign and domestic research status quo are carried out.Then the main research contents of the paper are presented.Secondly,the experimental method of sample collection for door sound quality evaluation is defined,and the subjective evaluation method for door sound quality is selected.To carry out the subjective evaluation experiment of door closing sound quality and obtain the subjective evaluation data of sound quality of 20 experimental vehicles;Loudness,roughness,sharpness and fluctuation degree were selected as the objective evaluation parameters of the sound quality of the door closing.Based on the theory of multiple linear regression,the correlation between the subjective and objective evaluation results of the door closing sound quality is analyzed,and themapping model of the subjective and objective evaluation results is established.Thirdly,based on the test and analysis of the correlation between closing energy,closing sound quality and closing speed,the closing energy was calculated according to the influencing factors,and the main design parameters affecting the closing sound quality were analyzed,which provided support for the further improvement and optimization design of closing sound quality.Fourthly,aiming at the sound quality improvement of an SUV self-brand model,an experimental study on the objective evaluation test and subjective evaluation of the sound quality of the closing door was carried out to identify its problems and verify the subjective and objective mapping model of the door closing sound quality.Carry out the subjective evaluation test of its closing energy,identify the existing problems,then the closing energy test is carried out.According to the influence factors of closing energy,the experimental analysis of closing energy contribution was carried out to clarify the improvement and optimization direction.The improved optimization scheme of door opening limiter is obtained by using computer aided simulation method,and the vehicle experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that:after implementing the improvement plan,the minimum closing speed is reduced from 1.05m/s to 0.7m/s,the minimum closing energy is reduced from 6.96 Jto 2.83 J,and the closing sound quality is increased from 6 to 7.5 points,indicating that the closing sound quality is significantly improved.
