| According to the recent JD Power on the new car customer satisfaction index survey shows that customers are increasingly concerned about the quality of the door perception,car door directly affect the quality of vehicle quality evaluation results,it is also often reflects the quality of the door perceived quality,the structural characteristic of the sealing strip is key factor that affect the closing force.Integrate the entire door opening / closing process to analyze the factors that affect the size of the door closing force include the force of the sealing,the form of the hinge design and the inclination of the hinge axis,the weight of the door,the air resistance in the car during the door closing process,and the door limit and door locks.It is precisely because the closing force is the result of multi-factor interaction leading to the traditional measurement method can not get the the data of closing process,it is difficult to use the control of the whole process in the closing process of the main factors(sealing)role.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of researchs on the impact of the sealing on the closing force,were basically limited to the use of simulation software to calculate its impact on the closing energy,ignoring the actual situation of the vehicle,it can not know the sealant exact contribution to the closing force of the vehicle,which often leads to the study can not reflect the actual situation.In this paper,use a new closing force test device to obtain the data of closing force in the whole process.For the sealing strip as the object of study.And a number of closed-door test are carried out on the prototype car.The data of the closing process force and the parameters of the test result are analyzed and calculated,and the actual contribution of the sealing strip in the vehicle is evaluated accurately.This pointed out to optimize the sealing as the direction.Because the compressive deformation of the sealing belongs to the large deformation of the superelastic body and the complexity of the geometric structure of the cross section,the optimization of the geometrical shape of the sealing is mostly studied thickness.The force characteristics of the sealing strip are mainly dependent on the geometry of the section without changing the material properties,and the curvature is an important factor in the shape of the geometry.In this paper,the contour curvature of the sealing is studied deeply.The relationship between the CLD curve and the curvature of the sealing model is discussed by simulation.A new method for optimizing sealing structure by dividing sealing into segmental curvatureis proposed.Under the boundary condition of the sealing,the segmental curvature of the sealing structure is divided according to the zero point of the curvature change,and the curvature of the different part contour is optimized.The finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to calculate the CLD curve characteristics and combined with the experimental results of the contribution of the sealing.It is proved that the method can effectively reduce the closing force,which provides the design guidance for improving the perceived quality of the door system. |
