Iron tailings concrete,a kind of environmental protection building material,it attracted more and more attention.The anchorage performance of HRB500 steel bar in iron tailings concrete is studied through experiments in this paper,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the application of iron tailings concrete in practice.The design and experiments of 138 specimens of the drawing tests are carried out.The varying factors are the concrete strength grade,protective layer thickness,anchorage length and stirrups ratio.The influence of these factors on anchoring performance of HRB500 reinforcement in iron tailings concrete is analyzed.The research contents and results are summarized as follows:1)The drawing tests of straight anchor specimen and two kinds of mechanical anchor specimen are carried out,and the influence of anchoring methods on the anchorage performance are analyzed.It is found that HRB500 steel bar and tailing concrete have good anchoring performance.2)The anchorage effect is most ideal when the relative anchorage length of reinforcement is 5d;In iron tailings concrete,the higher the concrete strength,the better the anchoring effect,and the two show a linear relationship.Within a certain range,the greater the thickness of the protective layer,the better the anchorage strength,but the anchorage strength increase is not obvious.3)According to the analysis of the test data and the derivation of the formula,the formula for calculating the anchorage length of HRB500 reinforcement in iron tailings concrete is obtained.The anchorage length of reinforcement in tailing concrete can still be calculated according to the specification.4)The shear constitutive relation applicable to iron tailings concrete is proposed,and the calculation formula of anchorage strength is given.Figure 48;Table 14;Reference 52...
