In recent years,our country began to develop the prefabricated construction and development of prefabricated structures.On the basis of promoting the development of precast floor slab,the tailings as raw materials for the concrete,is applied to the study of the precast floor slab is in line with the direction of the development of housing industrialization in China,and meet the intrinsic demand of saving resources,protecting the environment.Therefore,for the first time put forward a kind of prefabricated prestressed iron tailings concrete hollow floor slab.In order to study the mechanical properties of hollow slab of theoretical analysis and experimental research,proposed can be used in the engineering design of prefabricated prestressed concrete iron tailings and practical design methods and design Suggestions.Papers main contents include:1.Mainly from the use of floor material,plate type,connection of innovation,to design a new type of precast floor slab.In terms of materials,the raw materials of concrete mainly adopts industrial waste iron tailings,which greatly improves the utilization rate of iron tailings,reduced through a mountain quarrying and dig dug river sand to the preparation of concrete,such as expanding the source of the concrete materials,save resources,protect the environment;In terms of plate type,the setting of the hollow hole,the use of prestressed steel strand,and is made of pressed steel plate as the bottom mold and mechanical reinforcement,makes the floor reduce weight and improve the bearing capacity,stress more reasonable,easy to transport and loading;In terms of connection mode,mainly dry type connection,supplemented by a small amount of wet operation,to achieve the effect of rapid and reliable.2.Mainly from the floor of the mechanical characteristics,the possible failure pattern and the flexural bearing capacity of the slab and shear bearing capacity,stiffness and deflection of floor compares the mechanical characteristics of theoretical analysis of the system,and for the experimental study provides the reliable theory basis.3.In order to study the normal concrete with iron tailings concrete,the thickness of the steel sheet,whether to adopt prestressing tendons and hollow shaping the way these four different factor influence on the bearing capacity of the new floor,6 block floor bearing capacity tests have been carried out.Research by the experimental results the following conclusions:(1)Adopting the same ordinary concrete strengthgrade and iron tailings had a little effects on the bearing capacity of concrete;(2)In a certain range,the bearing capacity of the slab increases with the increase of the thickness of the steel sheet.(3)The prestress can improve the stiffness of floor slab,the impact on the limit bearing capacity is not too big.(4)The bearing capacity of the hollow slab solid floor is slightly lower than the same conditions.4.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research and the linear regression analysis of experimental data,deduce the formula of bearing capacity and stiffness of the new floor,used to guide the design and engineering application in the future.5.The construction technology of prefabricated prestressed iron tailings concrete hollow floor is studied,mainly including the mix proportion design of iron tailings concrete,floor production technology,floor construction technology,etc.At the same time,the economic and environmental benefits of the floor are analyzed to guide the future engineering application.
