HRB500 high strength steel bars and its application have been developed vigorously in China. Through the Research of machinery anchorage properties and application of high strength steel bars at home and abroad, the study of the HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring test is expanded. It includes:Through pull-out tests on the 69 samples,the influence factors of HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring performance which included concrete strength, concrete cover thickness, diameter of steel, steel bar anchorage length and transverse reinforcement ratio were studied.By using data statistical regression analysis method, the formula of HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring Bond Strength was concluded. The formula with the measured test data and the anchorage Bond Strength formula proposed by the experts group were analyzed in intensity. The bond strength formula obtained from the experimental and the anchorage Bond Strength formula proposed by the experts group can be applied to the calculation of HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring Bond Strength. A better method of Anchorage has been proposed.Through the Reliability Analysis of test data, the HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring length design value and the table of conversion ratio between HRB500 steel bars mechanical anchoring length with its direct anchoring length have been proposed. The conclusions have been pointed that the existing《Code for design of concrete structure》GB 50010-2002 still apply.This subject is the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province steel fund research projects.
