Piggyback transportation has the advantages of safety,reliability,energy saving,environmental protection and economic benefits.It is a "door-to-door" transportation of rail and rail,and has good social and economic advantages.The successful development of the piggyback in China has promoted the rapid improvement of the piggyback transportation equipment technology,which has a pioneering significance.The articulated connector as a key component of the piggyback transport vehicle,the external load it bears is an important reference for strength design.Therefore,accurately identifying the external load on the articulated connector structure during actual driving,establishing a high-confidence standardized load spectrum,and rationally designing and carrying the articulated connector.The optimization of car formation and driving safety are of guiding significance.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Taking the articulated connector as the research object,a short-group eight-unit piggyback model was established to develop the dynamic performance of the piggyback,the motion behavior of the articulated connector,and the longitudinal,lateral and vertical directions.(2)Combined with the structure and operating load characteristics of the articulated connector,the static strength of the articulated connector was checked using the finite element analysis method of contact and assembly,and feasible suggestions were given.(3)Using the load spectrum and finite element simulation results of the articulated connector given in the AAR standard,the fatigue life assessment of each part in the articulated connector assembly is carried out,and it is concluded that the articulated connector meets 5 million kilometers or 25 years of use,and a dynamic stress measurement program was developed to facilitate subsequent fatigue evaluation using the measured dynamic stress data.(4)Based on the above dynamic analysis and structural strength results,the longitudinal,lateral and vertical load identification schemes of articulated connector are given,the location of the patch and the group bridge scheme are determined,and then the response of each load at each load identification point and the degree of coupling further illustrate the accuracy of the selected load identification points.68 pictures,31 tables,85 references.
