Piggyback transport belongs to the category of multimodal transport,which plays an important role in the integrated transport system.As an important part of the piggyback transportation system,the piggyback transporter's strength check and the stability evaluation of the cargo are related to whether the cargo is safe in the transportation process.Therefore,the above work is of great significance.The main research contents and directions of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the research background of piggyback transportation is introduced.Then the research status of the subject at home and abroad is expounded.Next,the concrete analysis of the piggyback transport vehicle is carried out.Firstly,the finite element modeling and modal analysis of the piggyback transport vehicle body were carried out.Under the unconstrained condition,the free modal analysis is carried out on the body of the piggyback transport vehicle,and the first ten modes are extracted.The analytical calculation results meet the requirements for avoiding resonance and can be used to improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle body.Secondly,the static analysis of piggyback transport vehicle body.Based on TB/T1335-1996 "Code for Design and Appraisal of Railway Vehicle Strength",the load and restraint are applied to the body of the piggyback transport vehicle,and the static strength check is carried out on the body of the piggyback transport vehicle based on the EN12663-2010 standard.The calculated minimum safety factor is higher than the design requirements and meets the static strength design requirements.In order to further optimize the design of the car body,the strength of the key components of the piggyback transport vehicle was analyzed,including the flip lock seat and the load-bearing saddle.Static analysis of the critical parts of piggyback transport vehicle.Based on "Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Rules",the load size of key components of the vehicle body is calculated.Synthesis conditions,based on the EN12663-2010 standard,the static strength is evaluated by solving the Von.Mises stress.The calculated minimum safety factor is higher than the design requirements and meets the strength design requirements.Finally,the stability evaluation of the cargo loaded by the piggyback transport vehicle was carried out.Based on the principle "Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Rules",the rolling stability,lateral stability and container overturning stability of the semi-trailer are analyzed.The calculation results meet the stability requirements of the goods during the transportation process.
