ABSTRACT:As the piggyback transport is one of the main forms of the door-to-door transport and the intermodal transport, it has the features of economy and convenience, safety and reliability, energy efficiency and environmental protection. Besides, it produces good social and economic benefit in the Occident. If this transport mode can be introduced in our country, it will contribute to perfecting our railway door-to-door transport’s organization form, improving the service quality of railway freight industry, and decreasing social logistics cost. Therefore, the piggyback transport has a broad development prospects.Based on the key scientific research task of China Railways Corporation, this thesis studies the goods loading and fastening technical provisions of piggyback transport on the existing condition. Firstly, the thesis analyses the development situation of piggyback flat car and loading/unloading technique in the Occident, summarizes the developmental pathways of piggyback techniques, and puts forward the development strategy of piggyback transport in China. Through analyzing the structures and basic technical parameters of rail flat cars and trucks in our country, the piggyback transport loading plan is designed, then the railway gauge adaptation is verified. By constructing the finite element model of piggyback flat car, the thesis calculates the strength and stiffness of flat car’s body frame, and the calculation results are analyzed. Finally, the thesis calculates the forces which act on the van-body truck with the piggyback flat car in moving, and the stability of van-body truck is tested. Based on the above studies, the piggyback transport fastening plan is designed.Through the research of this thesis, the carrying object, the railway rolling stock type and the loading and fastening plan of piggyback transport on the existing condition are confirmed. The thesis analyses strength and concentrated loading capacity of piggyback flat car whose body frame is reconstructed, aims to provide a powerful technical support for the railway department. |
