The competition in the electromechanical installation engineering of construction enterprises is increasingly fierce,and its profits are becoming more and more rational.The extensive cost management methods have not been able to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition requirements and current project management needs.Domestic electromechanical installation enterprises face many problems such as weak cost management awareness,imperfect cost assessment system,and insufficient informationization of management means in project cost control.Therefore,how to optimize the cost management system of existing electromechanical installation projects and propose reasonable and scientific cost control optimization measures are the key to improve the cost management and control level of construction enterprises and comprehensively improve the profit model of enterprises.It is important for the cost management of electromechanical installation engineering of construction enterprises.Theoretical and practical significance.Taking the electromechanical installation project of X Medicine Logistics Center as an example,Firstly,it sorts out the relevant literatures on cost control theory and cost control system at home and abroad,deeply understands the content of cost control system of electromechanical installation engineering,and summarizes the characteristics of electromechanical installation cost control system.Secondly,through Investigate and control the electromechanical cost control process of the project,analyze the cost data under the existing cost control system,and then use the earned value analysis method to evaluate the economic benefits of the analysis results,so as to clarify the existing management system.The shortcomings.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of the existing control system of the project,the optimization plan and optimization measures are proposed for the project cost control system based on the cost control objectives and principles,and the earned value analysis method is used to economically optimize the optimized electromechanical installation cost control system.Analysis and comparison,resulting in a cost control system for current electromechanical installation projects.The research in this paper can not only help the project cost management of X Medicine Logistics Center,but also hopes to improve the project cost management level for other domestic electromechanical installation enterprises.
