Business Process Improvement For Sales Logistics Of Enterprise M

The revolutionary change of information technology has brought the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the industrial industry.In the promotion of made in China 2025,manufacturing enterprises have invested a lot of money to promote the integration of informatization and intelligence,and improved the level of enterprise informatization and intelligent manufacturing.In the above-mentioned process of promoting informatization and intelligence,enterprises often use information technology to improve some business links and functions based on the original business process framework.However,with the further application of information technology and intelligent manufacturing technology in enterprises,the original business process presents the problems of redundancy and low efficiency.Therefore,it is an urgent need for enterprises to reorganize their business processes and formulate efficient,reasonable and scientific business operation processes with information technology and intelligent manufacturing technology.Firstly,the research results and theories of sales logistics,enterprise value chain and process optimization in manufacturing industry are studied in this paper.Then,taking M company,a manufacturing enterprise of high-end building accessories in China,as an example,this paper uses the theory of enterprise value chain to sort out the sales logistics business process of M company,and uses the performance matrix model to find out the key links of the sales business process.Using the fishbone diagram analysis,this paper analyzes the problems in the key links of the sales logistics business process,and finds out the causes of the problems.Finally,this paper uses the ESIA analysis of process optimization method to optimize the business process,and form the optimization scheme.For example,upgrade the user's order process in CRM customer management system,use the order rules to automatically identify effective orders,and eliminate the manual confirmation of orders.Based on the theory of process optimization and the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises,this paper makes an in-depth diagnosis and analysis of the sales logistics business process of manufacturing enterprises.Driven by the integration of information technology and intelligence,using information technology,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme for the key links of sales business,such as shipment preparation,product delivery and loading,delivery and confirmation,and itprovides a reference for M company in the optimization of sales logistics business process,and opens a new way for enterprises to improve operation efficiency,reduce costs and enhance core competitiveness.At the same time,this paper also provides an improved idea and reference for many manufacturing enterprises in China to use information technology to optimize business process in the process of information and intelligent integration and transformation to intelligent manufacturing.
