| Under the macro background of low-carbon transformation of manufacturing logistics,home manufacturing enterprises need to upgrade internal logistics links and reform supply chain management,deeply adapt to the refined and intelligent manufacturing process of home products,and implement the whole factory logistics planning and design.Moreover,home manufacturing has obvious industrial characteristics such as order matching and discrete manufacturing,and sudden scene disturbance puts forward new requirements for the anti-interference ability of its internal logistics system.Reasonable layout of internal logistics network and system resilience recovery are important methods to effectively resist the disturbance of problem scenarios and realize rapid recovery of system performance.In order to reveal the vulnerability mechanism of the internal logistics system in home enterprises,realize the structural optimization and upgrading of the logistics network,accurately match the carrying performance level of the logistics system,and maintain the resilience of the system operation,the research on the resilience promotion strategy of the internal logistics system in home enterprises was carried out.This paper takes the internal logistics system of home manufacturing enterprises as the research object,from the perspective of maintaining the stability of the system,and launches related research on the key issues of the internal logistics system to deal with sudden situation disturbance and realize the resilience recovery of the system performance.Firstly,the complex network structure characteristics of internal logistics system are described in detail;Secondly,it describes the meaning of the carrying capacity of the internal logistics system in home manufacturing enterprises,accurately evaluates the resilience of the system to the disturbance of the situation,and constructs a resilience optimization model that adapts to the internal logistics system;Finally,an example is demonstrated,and an effective conclusion for the construction of toughness system is drawn,and relevant management enlightenment and countermeasures are put forward.The research points of this paper mainly include the following three aspects:(1)Focusing on the internal logistics system of Z home furnishing enterprise,this paper describes the practical problems of its logistics system operation by investigating its development status and data characteristics,and measures the operation characteristics and vulnerability mechanism of its internal logistics network by combining the analysis methods of complex network characteristics and system toughness characteristics,so as to point out the direction for the flexibility optimization of its internal logistics system.(2)From the perspective of performance optimization of system toughness characteristics,only by maintaining the carrying performance of the corresponding logistics system can the system stability and resilience to system risk disturbance be maintained to the greatest extent.Therefore,an evaluation model of the internal logistics system’s toughness based on the system’s absorption,adaptability,resilience and degree of resilience is established,and a performance index and a toughness optimization model reflecting the internal logistics system’s resilience in time scale are constructed,and a solution method is given.(3)Based on the structural improvement of the complex network of internal logistics system in Z home enterprise,the quantitative toughness optimization of system operation logistics volume is carried out,and the optimization solution method is improved to further reveal the operation law of internal logistics system and expand the toughness layout and management mechanism of internal logistics network in home manufacturing enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the path to improve the operational efficiency and toughness of internal logistics system,and draw relevant conclusions and suggestions.The results show that:(1)Keeping the carrying capacity of the logistics system to reach the maximum carrying demand will effectively improve the resilience of the system against disturbance.(2)Improve the performance retention level after sudden scene disturbance causes loss to the system performance,and the system toughness can be obviously improved.(3)According to the production scheduling plan,the high-toughness period of logistics system can be divided in advance.Combined with the revelation of network operation characteristics and vulnerability mechanism,aiming at the problem that the internal logistics system of household enterprises is exposed to poor toughness when dealing with sudden situation disturbance,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize and improve the toughness,which can provide reference for the relevant decision-making of internal logistics management of household manufacturing enterprises.First,it is necessary to continuously improve the complex logistics network structure within enterprises;Second,it is necessary to build a resilience monitoring platform for situational disturbance systems;The third is to accurately match the carrying level of the internal logistics system;Fourth,we should build a whole chain logistics information transmission mechanism;The fifth is to form a disturbance emergency preparedness response system. |
