Analysis And Optimization Of Producing Logistics System In Automobile Enterprises

Automobile industry is the dense in the world because its development needs a lots finance and technology. In manufacturing process, producing time is only 5% of total manufacturing process, but the logistics time is about 95% in handling and storing. Above all, desire of logistics need begin totally from manufacturing enterprises: the route is short, rate of handling is little, and the logistics efficient is higher than ever. On the basis of modern logistics development and study summarized, according to the conceptions of modern enterprises'logistics, automobile-producing logistics is system-optimised. Logistics is the movement that material flows from the point of origin to the point of requirement; it solves the position that changes by transportation or handling and the time that is different by warehousing or store inventory; at the same time, it creates value by timing and position inventory. This paper is discussed the means and specialties analyzed of enterprises'production logistics, so the system analyzed object is defined in automobile enterprises'production logistics. By means of the theory of system analysis, the studying object is mini cars'production logistics, and the system-optimized probability is discussed from four aspects of material flows, logistics volumes, transportation routes and distribution's address. According to the result of system analysis, the improved advises are put forward in process of the enterprise production logistics. This paper is built an automobile production logistics model by Petri net, and the mini car's assembly line is simulated by Visual Basic, in order to analyze the balance of it. The imitational result finds the time of its three lines unbalance in producing different model cars. In the period of air-condition car, personnel is readjusted and that the exceed procedures is separated to balance. Because the weights of mini car's components are lighter than others automobiles', in this paper, the quantities of especial tool wagon is a unit of logistics volume, and this will be help in researcher of mini car's enterprises'production logistics.
