| At present,in the aspect of elevator safety management,the owners,as the use management department,do not have enough awareness of safety responsibility,the phenomenon of " only using but not managing " is prominent,the management role is missing,and the quality control of outsourcing projects is weak,resulting in frequent failures in the later use process.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of elevator outsourcing project based on the perspective of management.In this paper,a subway station escalator overhaul outsourcing project is taken as a case,according to the concept and method of quality control and quality improvement,the improvement process of "PDCA" is adopted to study and improve the existing escalator overhaul outsourcing project quality control system.Based on the field investigation of the escalator overhaul outsourcing project in a subway station,the management problems in the existing quality control system in five aspects of " personnel,machine tools,materials,methods and environment " are found out based on the perspective of the owner manager.The reasons of the problem are analyzed by the focus group interview,and the main management reason of the problem are verified by the investigation and discussion of "experts" in the quality improvement group and the confirmation of field workers.At the same time,according to the main management reasons,make the corresponding improvement measures.Finally,by establishing the evaluation model and combining the actual data,the evaluation verifies the effectiveness of the quality improvement measures and puts forward the problems that need to be further improved.This paper mainly literature research to collect and categorize relevant literature at home and abroad,to understand the domestic and foreign research situation of mechanical and electrical equipment outsourcing project management,and defines the research problem of the quality control system improvement of the escalator overhaul outsourcing project,so as to form its own research scope.On-site investigation and interviews are used to conduct field investigation at the engineering site,so as to fully understand the current situation of outsourcing engineering management of escalator overhaul.Through the communication and interview with the personnel involved in the project on site,the relevant data of site quality management are obtained,which improved the scientificity and rationality of the research and provided sufficient factual basis for the subject research.The focus group interview are used to guide the "experts" of the group to use their own professional knowledge and analyze and study the causes of the problems by the way of "mutual cooperation".Through the entropy value-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establishes the evaluation model for the quality control system improvement measures of escalator overhaul outsourcing project and the management ability of the outsourcer,and comprehensively evaluates the deficiencies in the quality improvement measures and the management of the outsourcer,which provides a breakthrough point for further quality improvement activities.The research on the improvement of quality control system of the escalator overhaul outsourcing project based on the perspective of the owner's management,is intended to arouse the owner's attention to the outsourcing project of electromechanical equipment and solve the problem of " only using but not managing ".It has important practical significance to improve the quality of escalator overhaul project,reduce the failure rate of equipment and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.It provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of such mechanical and electrical equipment overhaul,transformation,installation and other outsourcing projects,and has a very significant guiding significance for improving the quality management ability of the use management department.In this paper,there are 9 pictures,27 tables,and 43 references. |
