New Generation Floating Population Public Rental Housing In Hangzhou Analysis Of Space Design

At present,China’s economic and social development has entered a new era.The development of the total urban population has gradually replaced the natural change of population by the migration and flow of population.The migration and flow of population and other factors also have a significant impact on the economic and social development of the city.With the rapid growth of population migration and mobility,the new generation of floating population undoubtedly becomes a group that people need to pay more attention to.The new generation of floating population is the continuation of the old generation of floating population.According to the report on the development of China’s floating population,the new generation of floating population after "80" and "90" has reached 64.7% in 2016,and has become the main force of floating population.They have changed from survival type to development type,with the characteristics of family mobility and residence.They hope to integrate into the city,have a relatively stable living space and warm living environment,and improve the corresponding spiritual and cultural needs while ensuring the basic material life,so as to improve the level of family happiness and welfare.The construction of public rental housing with the strong support of the government has basically solved the housing problem of the new generation of floating population,but more public rental housing construction has ignored the spiritual and cultural needs of the new generation of floating population.In the construction of public rental housing,we should not only set up basic residential units,but also consider the new generation of floating population’s sense of identity and belonging to the community.The construction of the public reception area,fitness center,book reading area,pre-school children’s care point and other hardware facilities in the public rental housing will help the new generation of floating population better integrate into urban life.Based on the field investigation and literature research,this paper analyzes the relevant domestic and foreign practical cases of residential public space design,and summarizes the environmental status of the internal public space of the public rental housing in Hangzhou area,and creates the internal public space reflecting the spirit of the place.Taking the design practice of the internal public space of the public rental housing No As the three important factors of public space spirit construction of public rental housing,the design methods and Strategies of public space inside public rental housing under the "place spirit" are extracted to enhance the identity and sense of belonging of the generation of fioating population in urban living,and get enlightment in the design and application.
