Research On The Activity Survey And Transformation Strategy Of Shenzhen Talent Park

Urban comprehensive park is an important part of urban green space system,is the basis of urban green space,provides the city residents with places for sightseeing,entertainment,cultural education,and plays a vital role in shaping the city landscape,maintaining the ecological environment,social activities.Shenzhen government regards environment as productivity,and attaches great importance to the construction of parks in the stage of rapid urban expansion.So far,the Shenzhen's park system has been relatively mature,and the layout of urban parks has been increasingly improved.At the same time,due to the accelerated pace of life in Shenzhen,the public demand for park space is also gradually increasing.As the largest core green space in houhai district,Shenzhen Talent Park is a humanistic ecosystem dominated by supporting and serving multiple complex functions,creating rich urban public space experience,bearing the characteristics endowed by the site,and achieving a balance between theme and citizen.However,in daily observation,the author found that some areas of the Shenzhen Talent Park still have some problems in activity organization and spatial layout to be optimized.Based on the research object of talent park in Shenzhen,this paper draws on the PSPLsurvey method of Jan Gehl,Through the domestic and foreign PSPL survey method related literature and case study,summed up the applicable object of the survey method,the survey content;On this basis,combined with GIS technology,the investigation and research system suitable for shenzhen talent park is summarized.The research system was used to investigate five functional areas in the core area of the talent park,and the relationship between the spatial elements,time and other factors in the talent park and the characteristics of dynamic and static activities was analyzed,and the daily activity patterns of users in the park were concluded.In order to provide reference for the construction of comprehensive parks in other cities,the reconstruction strategies are put forward for the problems found in the research process.In this paper,according to “found the problem-finding ways-research question-analysis problem-problem solving”the idea to establish a research framework,and the exchanges and space theory,location theory,demand hierarchy theory,wake up in the study of theory applied to search the perspective,exploring activity and the phenomenon of space environment to the nature of the association.PSPL survey related literature both home and abroad as well as case studies,summed up the research method,the applicable objects,the research content,on the basis of the combination of GIS technology induces applies to shenzhen talent park way of investigation and analysis,definition and classification of people in the park use activity type,through the use of all kinds of activities of research,found that using activity and the relationship between material space environment,find the problems existing in the talent park,and aims at the problems of node and Reform strategy are put forward.
