Research On Adaptability Evaluation Of Shenzhen Old Renovation Creative Industrial Park

The world has entered the era of technological innovation and technological competition,and China has taken technological innovation as the national core development strategy.Shenzhen,as the first nationwide independent innovation demonstration zone in China,takes innovation drive as the leading strategy of urban development,and innovation runs through economy,society,culture,city and other fields.In order to promote innovation and development,creative cities and creative industrial parks,as important carriers of innovation and development in space,have made fundamental and corresponding countermeasures at the carrier level.It is of certain practical significance to carry out research on them.The transformation of old industrial buildings into creative industrial parks is one of the most effective ways to realize the upgrading of industrial structure.It can not only avoid the waste of land resources,but also revitalize the original urban space and realize the leaping upgrading and functional continuation of the industry.Based on the related theories of old industrial building transformation,creative industrial park and adaptability,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison on the development trend,process,characteristics and trend of the related researches on old industrial building transformation,creative industrial park and adaptability evaluation at home and abroad,and finds out the shortcomings of the adaptability evaluation of Old Renovation Creative Industrial Park,Further research is needed.This paper uses the research method of adaptability evaluation to study the Old Renovation Creative Industrial Park in Shenzhen.First of all,this paper systematically expounds the general situation and existing problems of the development of Shenzhen culture industry,creative industrial parks and Old Renovation Creative Industrial Parks,which provides a practical basis for the research.Secondly,four creative industrial parks,F518 Idea Land,OCT-LOFT,Shenzhen Design Industrial Park,and 2013 Culture Maker Park,are selected to conduct in-depth empirical research.On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system,through field survey,questionnaire,free interview and other survey methods,this paper investigates the traffic elements,space environment elements,architectural elements,supporting facilities elements,natural landscape elements and cultural elements of the four parks,and analyzes the survey data by using data analysis software Yaahp,SPSS and Excel.And the analysis results are compared horizontally,and the characteristics and problems of the four parks in the evaluation of each factor are summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of the development characteristics,development problems and development mechanism of the old and reformed creative industrial parks,this paper puts forward the optimization principles of continuity,openness,diversity,authenticity and artistry of the old and reformed creative industrial parks,as well as the optimization suggestions on the methodology of future optimization,upgrading and transformation development,Including the planning and design and empirical guidance suggestions,for the future development direction,development goals and development characteristics of the Old Renovation Creative Industrial Park to give some guidance.It also summarizes the research results and innovation points,puts forward new ideas for the development of the Old Renovation Creative Industrial Park,and discusses the shortcomings of the paper and the future prospects.
