The increase in schedule gives real estate developers greater efficiency,higher profits and higher conversion rates.The traditional schedule management methods are mostly controlled in the event or after the event,and the manpower and material resources are relatively large,which can no longer meet the requirements of the increasingly refined schedule management.In order to improve the level of workers' assembly construction,it is necessary to solve the problems of delay in the progress management of the site and the long period of change delivery.The research uses literature analysis method to first expound the basic principles and research framework of BIM technology and schedule management,summarize and analyze the research theories and achievements of predecessors,and lay a theoretical foundation for research.Secondly,through the expert guidance method,the 9# single model in the Hengdatong World Project is established,and the four-dimensional model is generated in combination with the schedule.Through the quantification of indicators,it is concluded that the use of BIM technology can shorten the single design change time by 4 days,which can save the construction period.Through comparative analysis and brainstorming methods,we can find the weak links and weak reasons of on-site schedule management,and correct the symptoms.Through the visual display of the model,the management personnel can control the progress of the site more accurately,and the worker prefabrication assembly sequence concept is more intuitive and improves work efficiency.The use of BIM technology for project schedule management can save time and improve management efficiency,and predict the progress risk more timely.
