The Nacala Corridor Railway project is an important project in the constr uction of China-Africa railway.The construction quality is influenced by the influence factors including personnel,construction methods,materials and equipment.Construction quality management is significant.However,the system was mostly regarded as an independent individual in the studies of construction quality management of high-speed railway projects without the consideration of influence between various systems in previous studies.In the evaluation process,quantitative analysis methods are adopted without the importance of qualitative analysis and the evaluation results are partial.Therefore,the quality influence factors of railway engineering projects construction are analyzed with DEMATEL-ANP analysis model.The key factors and weight index are obtained with the influence degree in this paper,which provides a reference for similar project quality control.First,the influence factors of engineering quality in construction process were analyzed and the existing problems of construction quality management were analyzed with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods based on engineering quality management status of Nacala corridor railway.And then the general situation of railway project of Nacala corridor was given including the introduction of the project and construction process schedule.Besides,the engineering quality management situation was given in detail.The existing problems of engineering quality management was summarized which provided theoretical basis for the combination and application of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Secondly,the engineering quality influence factors and indexes were obtained and the evaluation system of construction quality influence factors was constructed using the DEMATEL-ANP analysis method.And the quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation suggestions of specialists were considered in this method.The criterion layer relationship network graph was constructed and the mutual influence relationship of risk factors was analyzed using quantitative DEMATEL calculation method.Then,the super matrix was calculated and the fuzzy judgment matrix within the criterion layer was constructed using the ANP analysis method.And the ranking of indexes was obtained using the mixed weight formula to enhance the credibility of evaluation results.Finally,the corresponding protection measures of construction quality influence factors in planning,implementation and acceptance stage were obtained based on the influence degree of engineering railway construction quality caused by different quality management influence factors.The measures of system guarantee,technical support,personnel security and process guarantee were obtained in detail in order to solve existing problems in quality management process,which can be meaningful for the construction quality control of other projects.
