| Automactic testing system with the computer and information disposal is widely applied in the field of technical research, as well as in the practical project, with the development of electronic technology and computer technology. According to the higher requirement of testing technology system and wider range of testing project extension, testing speed must be faster and testing precision should become more accurate. So the automactic testing system plays an important role in the field of military equipment testing.The autopilot in this paper has a practical engineering background. It is embedded in a laser guided bomb to control the bomb on its way to the target. The testing equipment is necessary for the autopilot. The testing equipment will mainly implement two function modules: firstly, we test the signal transferring channels in the autopilot, analogy signals, digital signals, and bus signals are included in this step. It makes sure that the autopilot work. Secondly, we design a program for simulation, which will simulate the process of how the bomb autopilot flies. The signals which come from the simulation are put into the autopilot, and the half-entity simulation is completed. This step is used for testing the control algorithm, which can save the cost on entity simulation.We chose the electronic hardware and equipment according to the test requirement, and construct the hardware platform of testing equipment. Base on these steps, the upper software is developed, afterward the testing of the basal function and the simulation about flying are accomplished. |
