Under The Background Of Supply Side Reform Research On Financial Performance Of M Port Company

With the continuous development of China’s market economy and the increasingly frequent cooperation and exchange between cities,port logistics,as a new mode of transportation,has become an important carrier of international trade.With the unique geographical advantages,port logistics takes the integration of goods resources as the goal,optimizes every link in the transportation process,forms a new logistics system,and makes a great contribution to the logistics industry in China.Therefore,the relationship between port logistics and economic development is inseparable.However,since 2015,with the deterioration of the macro environment and the aggravation of market competition,the development trend of port logistics industry has been declining,the loss has been expanding,the situation of overcapacity and imbalance between supply and demand has been deepening,which has made the company’s financial performance continue to decline.In order to better continue to operate and improve the financial performance of enterprises,port logistics enterprises must find a new way to find a new breakthrough.The supply side structural reform policy has undoubtedly brought a new direction to improve the financial performance of port logistics enterprises.M port company as an important part of port logistics enterprises,through the study of its supply side structural reform under the financial performance of other port companies play a certain role in reference.Firstly,the paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the related issues of supply side reform and financial performance at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas,contents and methods of the paper;secondly,it defines the related concepts of supply side structural reform and reviews the related theories of financial performance and strategy at home and abroad;then it introduces the four aspects of asset,liability,income and cost On the one hand,it introduces the financial status of M port company,and specifically introduces six directions in the process of supply side reform of M port company,namely,accelerating the resolution of production capacity,reducing financial leverage,reducing financial cost,accelerating asset turnover,improving profitability,and making up for the short board of the enterprise;on the other hand,it analyzes the financial indicators related to the six directions in the process of supply side reform,and analyzes 2015-2019 Based on the change of financial indicators in,this paper looks for the specific measures to make the financial performance change,and evaluates the overall financial performance after the supply side reform.Then,according to the deficiencies in the supply side reform process of M port company,it puts forward relevantsuggestions.Finally,it draws conclusions and prospects.In view of the problems existing in the financial performance of M port company after the supply side reform,the paper suggests that M port company should further increase the advantages of strong profitability,improve the operation ability of enterprises,and enhance the ability of enterprises to resist risks.The profitability of M port company after supply side reform is much stronger than that before supply side reform.M port company keeps strengthening the control of operating revenue and cost.After supply side reform,the fixed asset ratio of M port company decreases and the asset liability ratio is well controlled.However,we should pay attention to controlling the asset liability ratio of enterprises and strengthening the development strength of enterprises.From the result of performance change,it is found that supply side reform can improve the financial performance of M port company,but it still needs to be strengthened.The innovation of this paper is to study M port company by combining supply side reform with financial performance.The measures during the supply side reform are detailed at all levels.The five tasks of the supply side reform and the specific measures of M port company are integrated to form a set of index system to evaluate the financial performance of M port company under the background of the supply side reform,and these indexes are used to analyze the impact of the supply side reform on the financial performance of the company.
