Research On Supply-side Structural Reform Of Dalian Port Logistics

In November 2015,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the meeting of the central leading group on finance and economics that we should strengthen supply-side structural reform while moderately expanding aggregate demand.Under the background that China promotes the upgrading of industrial structure and the new normal of economy,especially during the 13th five-year plan period,supply-side reform has become the main direction of development,reform and adjustment of various industries.The report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that to build a modern economic system,we must deepen supply-side structural reform,strengthen the support of the basic system,and strengthen the construction.of water transportation,logistics and other infrastructure networks.As an important port city and logistics center in northeast Asia,Dalian is the main external gateway of northeast China.For Daliari port logistics industry,meeting the needs of supply-side structural reform is the necessary basis to adapt to market development under the new normal.Based on the in-depth study of the spirit of the national document on supply-side structural reform of logistics industry,Dalian port logistics supply-side structural reform has made good achievements,but there is still room for further development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply-side structural reform of Dalian port logistics and puts forward some development suggestions to solve the problems.The purpose is to study the current situation and development strategy of Dalian port logistics,further tap the potential of Dalian port logistics,accelerate the supply-side structural reform,achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,enhance its competitiveness,improve its level,make it better develop and play a greater role.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter explains the research background and significance of this paper.Then it introduces the domestic and foreign research status of supply-side structural reform and supply-side structural reform of port logistics industry.Finally,the research ideas and basic methods of this paper are indicated.Chapter two is the definition of supply-side structural reform and related concepts of port logistics and the theoreticalbasis of supply-side structural reform.Firstly,it defines relevant concepts,including the connotation of supply-side structural reform and port logistics.Secondly,it discusses the theoretical basis of China’s supply-side structural reform,which mainly includes:Marx’s reproduction theory,and The Xi Jinping’s supply-side structural reform theory.Chapter three is the development status of Dalian port logistics and the achievements of supply-side structural reform.Firstly,the basic development of Dalian port logistics is introduced.Then combine the questionnaire and official data introduces a series of achievements in the supply-side structural reform of Dalian port logistics.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems faced by Dalian port logistics in the process of supply-side dismissal reform,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for development from the five aspects of "Reduc e costs,inventory,leverage,costs,and make up for shortfalls".
