Research On The Impact Of Supply-side Structural Reform On The Performance Of Civil Aviation Enterprises

Under the background of C hina’s new normal economy and supply-side structural reform,general aviation industry has become an important option for the country to promote consumption,investment and transformation due to its long industrial chain,extensive service areas and strong driving effect.In 2016,the general office of the state council issued the guidance on promoting the development of general aviation industry,which identified general aviation industry as the "strategic star industry system".On February 17,2017,the civil aviation administration of C hina issued the 13 th five-year development plan for general aviation,which clearly pointed out that C hina’s general aviation needs to focus on supply-side structural reform during the 13 th five-year plan period.Based on the above background,this paper discus ses the changes of market performance and financial performance of civil aviation enterprises before and after the supply-side structural reform and the main factors causing performance changes.In order to study the impact of supply-side structural reform on the performance of civil aviation enterprises,this paper USES literature analysis,case analysis and accounting index analysis.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and current situation of supply-side structural reform,and sorts out relevant literatures related to supply-side structural reform and enterprise performance.Then,taking Air C hina limited as an example,this paper conducts a case study and finally draws a conclusion that supply-side structural reform plays a positive role in the performance of civil aviation enterprises,and continuous deepening of supply-side structural reform is conducive to the healthy and steady development of civil aviation enterprises.The contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Comprehensively analyze the impact of supply-side structural reform on enterprise performance.(2)Enrich the literature on the supply-side structural reform of C hina’s civil aviation industry.(3)It provides experience and reference for the pract ice of supply-side structural reform of civil aviation enterprises.This paper tries to make an in-depth study of the impact of supply-side structural reform on the performance of civil aviation enterprises.However,due to the limited knowledge,there are still many areas for improvement in this paper.First of all,this paper adopts the traditional financial evaluation model to analyze the financial performance of the company before and after the supply-side reform.Although this model is simple and intuitive,it is one-sided and unable to comprehensively analyze the corporate performance.Secondly,as the supply-side structural reform of civil aviation industry is currently in the stage of substantial promotion,the study in this paper can only analyze the staged impact of supply-side structural reform on the business performance of civil aviation enterprises,which still needs to be improved.
