Research On The Financial Performance Evaluation Of Automobile Company A Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of comprehensive strength,China has become a global automobile manufacturing and sales power.Since 2016,China’s automobile industry has been one of the key industries for supply-side structural reforms.Therefore,this article takes A car company as the research object,through the comparative analysis of its financial performance before and after the supply-side reform,discusses the impact of the supply-side reform on A car company,and proposes countermeasures against existing problems.This article first uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant literature on the supply-side structural reform and financial performance,then combines the case analysis method to take A car company as an example,uses the comparative analysis method to comprehensively analyze the financial performance level of A car company,and then uses factor analysis method and data envelopment analysis method assists in analyzing the financial performance of A car company.Through different analysis methods to analyze the financial performance of A car company during the supply-side reform period,it is found that A car company’s financial performance has deteriorated before and after the supply-side structural reform,but it has improved in recent years,indicating that A car company is still resolutely implementing the supply Side structural reform policies,and the reforms have had initial results.Finally,in view of the deterioration of the financial performance of Automobile A,this article suggests that the company should reduce its production scale,strengthen cost management,increase R&D investment and seize policy opportunities.The innovation of this paper is to combine supply-side reform with financial performance,taking automobile companies as the research object,and using traditional financial performance evaluation methods,factor analysis method and DEA model to evaluate financial performance.The financial performance evaluation results obtained by the combination of the two methods will be more comprehensive and objective.
