As the pivot point of the modern integrated transportation system and the connection point of the rapid transportation network,the port plays an active role in optimizing the spatial layout of the transportation network and the development of the linkage urban agglomeration.However,in recent years,due to the dual impact of international trade friction and domestic industrial restructuring,China's port industry has exposed problems such as slower demand growth,overcapacity,and increased competition.Port homogenization,disorder,and overcapacity are serious.In order to avoid vicious competition,reduce operating costs,and improve production efficiency,the regional port integration process has been continuously promoted,cross-regional resource integration has increased,and new regional competitiveness has emerged along with the development of the combined port.Based on this,this paper explores the competitiveness evaluation and promotion path of the combined port from the perspective of supply-side reform,aiming at clarifying the competitive position and weak links of the port,and improving the efficiency and quality of port enterprises.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The first part is the core theory and modeling foundation.The dynamics and performance characteristics of the combined port are expounded,the coupling characteristics and hierarchical characteristics of the combined port are clarified,and the cascading relationship and antagonistic relationship between the supply-side reform and the combined port competitiveness are sorted out.The key influencing factors are identified based on the diamond model.Hierarchical division;constructing multidimensional evaluation index system from two levels of external support environment and internal operation mechanism,and using principal component analysis method to conduct sub-module principal component inspection,analysis and extraction of evaluation indicators,and preliminary analysis of combined port competitiveness.(2)The second part is the mathematical model and empirical study of the competitiveness of the combined port.A PCA-BP neural network-based evaluation method for combined port competitiveness is proposed.The structure and algorithm design are based on the BP neural network principle.The principal component extraction value is used as the neural network input.The data obtained from the port is supported by the external support environment layer.The internal operation mechanism layer obtains the neural network of the combined port competitiveness evaluation,and compares it with the traditional BP neural network model evaluation results,which proves the applicability and advancement of the model.(3)The third part is the mathematical model and empirical research on the competitiveness of the combined port.Combining system dynamics theory and method,analyzing the causal relationship between system elements,constructing system flow graph and model equations;taking Guangzhou-Dongguan port combination port as an example for empirical research,simulation simulation based on model test,through design Compare and select different parameter schemes to explore the improvement path of the combined port competitiveness;finally put forward a strategy of grasping one core,defining two roles,adjusting three structures,and grasping four key combination port competitiveness enhancement strategies.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)Qualitative study of the coupling characteristics,hierarchical characteristics and cascading relationship and antagonistic relationship with the supply side reform of the combined port,based on which the multi-level and multi-dimensional evaluation index system can be constructed.Effectively measure the competitiveness of the combined port;2)Construct a composite port competitiveness evaluation method based on PCA-BP neural network from the external support environment and internal operation mechanism,and explore the applicability and advancement of the model.An effective method for evaluating the competitiveness of the combined port;3)Constructing a system dynamics model for the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of the combined port,and proposing relevant strategies.
