In recent years,the development of clean energy in the world has been particularly rapid,and the scale of offshore wind farms in many wind power countries has been expanding.Therefore,the demand for wind power operation and maintenance vessels from offshore wind farms continues to increase,and the requirements for the fast performance and wave resistance performance of wind power operation and maintenance vessels are increasing.In this article,the stern sinking of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran in the intertidal zone(shallow sea)is used as a base point.From the perspective of reducing the amount of sinking of the catamaran stern,the anti-torsion box of the catamaran is modified.The method of designing and installing stern trimming flap further improves the seaworthiness and overall hydrodynamic performance of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran.With the help of a wind power operation and maintenance catamaran(basis ship)and numerical simulation software STAR-CCM+,this paper explores and validates a numerical simulation method for catamaran stern sinking and hydrostatic resistance.Based on the basis ship,the stern torsion box parameters of the basis ship are adjusted to form a single solution for the torsion box.At the same time,referring to the related literature,a stern trimming flap was installed at the stern of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran to form a single solution of the stern trimming flap.Then,the combination of the stern trimming flap scheme and the tail torsion box scheme was adopted.Finally,12 modification schemes including the basis ship were established,and the ship design software NAPA was used for modeling.This paper verifies the accuracy and reliability of the simulation method of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran based on the numerical simulation software STAR-CCM+.STAR-CCM+ and related numerical simulation methods were used to perform numerical simulations on 12 modification schemes.And at different speeds,the static water resistance,trim,tail sinking,wave resistance,pitch motion response and heave motion response of the basis ship and each modification scheme were calculated,and the calculation results are analyzed.Based on the calculation results of the CFD numerical simulation software,a systematic comprehensive evaluation model of weighted TOPSIS is established tocarry out comprehensive evaluation and optimization of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran.This article successively uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to determine their respective weights from two levels of subjective weighting and objective weighting.Then,the matrices obtained by two different weighting methods are combined to obtain a weighted evaluation matrix.Finally,the optimal scheme of the catamaran wind power operation and maintenance ship is obtained through corresponding calculations.In this paper,the research provides a certain reference for the improvement of stern sinking of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran and the comprehensive research on resistance and wave resistance.
