| The reliable operation of power equipment in the distribution network is the key to ensuring the security and stability of the power grid.As we all know,if power equipment fails,maintenance is not timely,and a long-term power outage will inevitably cause inconvenience to production and life.At this stage,the distribution network is being continuously upgraded,the scale is expanding,and the number of power equipment is increasing rapidly.It is difficult for the power department to grasp the health status of power equipment in a timely manner,resulting in equipment not being maintained in time.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a reasonable inspection and maintenance strategy to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment timely and effectively.This paper studies and analyzes the current status and existing problems of power operation and maintenance work,and proposes a set of power operation and maintenance system based on state assessment.This system is used to support the operation and maintenance work and improve the operation and maintenance work efficiency.Firstly,collect the operating data of each device in the power distribution room as basic data,and establish an evaluation model of overall power distribution room and power equipment status based on improved fuzzy hierarchy analysis to obtain the health status of the power distribution room and power equipment.Secondly,combined with risk evaluation and differentiated operation and maintenance ideas,it provides operation and maintenance personnel with suggestions on inspections of power distribution rooms and maintenance suggestions for power equipment operation and maintenance.According to the recommendations,formulate a customized distribution room maintenance operation and maintenance plan,and further proposes the overall design scheme of the power operation and maintenance system.This solution integrates business modules such as data collection and monitoring,ledger management,maintenance decision making,and emergency repair management effectively,to share system data,and improve synergy among business modules.Finally,build a C#.NET-based development environment on the Windows platform,select the B/S mode to realize the functions of each business module,and use the front-end WEB interface for business operations and display.Through the overall debugging of each module of the system,the operation and maintenance functions can be realized in the power distribution room,such as data monitoring,data analysis,maintenance decision-making recommendations,rapid positioning of faulty equipment,and emergency repair assistance.Remote guidance can be given to the operation and maintenance personnel to carry out emergency repair work.At the same time,according to the repair management module to improve the dispatching coordination of repair work,and then control the entire process of power equipment operation and maintenance,assist the operation and maintenance of power equipment.So as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network. |
