In the international background of the rapid development of new energy,the global offshore wind farm is expanding,so the requirements for the performance and seakeeping of wind power maintenance ships are becoming higher and higher.This paper based on the torsional performance of wind power operation and maintenance catamaran,improved the seaworthiness of the ship and hydrodynamic performance of the catamaran,relieved the discomfort of the staff by methods of optimizing the ship form of catamaran and adding a simple anti-roll device on the catamaran.According to the environmental requirements of the offshore wind farm and the operational requirements of the wind power operation and maintenance catamaran,the bow of the ship presents a semi-submersible bow form by changing the shape line at the bow position.On the basis of determining the position parameters and the size of the semi-submersible bow,the angle of the string and the ratio of the length to the width at the maximum cross section are changed.Ten ship types including the original ship form were established and the 10 catamaran models were built by using the ship design software NAPA.In this paper,hydrodynamic analysis software AQWA is used to analyze the roll,pitch performance of the ship under the two conditions of berth and navigation,as well as the numerical analysis of coupled pitch-roll heave amplitude the linear acceleration at the bow and stern of the ship.Combined with the requirements of the degree of torsional mitigation,the optimal ship form scheme was established.Aimed at the basic ship scheme and the scheme of adding water jet anti-rolling device,used AQWA-DRIFT module to calculate the roll and pitch amplitude of conventional catamaran.Then throngh the comparision to verify the effectiveness of the anti-rolling device.The research content of this paper will provide a certain reference for the improvement of seakeeping performance of catamaran based on torsional mitigation and for the research of the anti-roll water spray device.
