| Mainly operating in the production and sales of automotive parts,CBT has rapidly grown its sales revenues and continuously expanded its production scales over recent years.However,its established large-scale production methods is not well adapting to the increasingly rigid market demands.To address this issue,the company needs to actively explore new production management methods,accelerate the upgrade of its own management model,change its management concepts and improve the management efficiency,so that it can acquire a leading edge in future market competition.As an advanced production management philosophy,lean production is expressed in the form of lean concepts,execution tools,and standardized operations.In order to achieve lean production’s goals of to eliminating waste,reducing costs and delivering zero defects,it is necessary to strengthen interaction and cooperation between organizations,eliminate barriers to communication and connection between all aspects of production,reduce unnecessary time waste and communication costs,and promote organizational collaboration.According to Igor Ansoff,the originator of strategic management in the United States,the collaborative management can make a greater overall value for an enterprise than the sum of the values of all parts of the enterprise,because the effectiveness of the collaborative model comes from the advantage of economies of scale.It can be found that actively promoting the collaborative operation management model in lean production plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of lean production and maximizing the economic benefits of the enterprise.According to Chinese and foreign theories and tools on lean production as well as the collaborative management theory,analyzing the latest status of research at home and abroad(tools of knowledge graph analysis,Endnote,VOSviewer etc.),in combination of the management knowledge learned during MBA study,this study will take CBT Auto Parts Company as an example to explore and analyze the current status of production management of its auto parts.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to select the participation factors such as personnel,equipments,materials,and systems that are closely related to the company’s activities of auto parts production,while analyzing the procurement,production,quality,warehousing,customer service and other main elements involved in lean production.After evaluating the current status of its production management and comparing German factory,SWOT is used to analyze its management advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,so as to identify problems existing in CBT’s production and management of automotive parts.By combining theories and practice,this research explores the impacting mechanism of collaborative management on each section of lean production,proposes an improvement implementation plan,builds an internal and external collaborative management platform suitable for lean production of automotive parts in the enterprise,and promotes the internal and external members of the enterprise in lean production.Finally,a program of strategic and tactical synergy is worked out for CBT’s lean production-driven collaborative management optimization model,with a view to helping it reduce waste,cut inventory,optimize various resources,improve production efficiency,respond quickly to market demands,and improve economic benefits.The research results of this study are expected to has certain reference significance for the production management of component manufacturers. |
