Improvement Research On Lean Production Of Assembly Shop In Automobile Company X

X company new assembly shop is organized by Germany technic and methods. The layout and production flow have already showed IE foundation and lean method. But due to the propert of workshop(rented workshop, not designed for automobile industry), the expansion of production volume, the develop of production pratice, the requirements of customers, and it appeared the unreasonable aspects. In the meantime, totally copy the old assembly shop also showed some shortcomings. As a result, based on lean production method, the lean production will develp the higher efficientcy, and lower the production cost, improve the management capacity, thereby produce good quality product stably.According the lean production method, under the mainland environment, this thesis will summarize the local lean culture and original IE method develpoment in X company, through the lean production process improvement in assembly shop and realize the real lean production.The thesis would be basically useful as reference to the corporations which have the same environment and intent to advance the strength.
