Research On Improvement Of WiFi Module Of Refrigerator Products Of Company H Based On Project Change Management

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and the improvement of people’s living standards,the intelligent life of the Internet of Everything has entered thousands of households,and household appliances are no longer limited to basic functions.More and more people are buying and using intelligent Appliances.Most of the smart home appliances on the market connect home appliances to the Wi Fi network with reception and control.At present,more than 90% of H’s refrigerator products are equipped with Wi Fi modules to achieve smart connections.However,because the industry is in an emerging stage,many standards need to be improved,and the needs of users are also ever-changing.In order to continuously adapt to these changes,Wi Fi module products need to be constantly innovated to improve their market competitiveness.Project changes can be divided into two types: passive and passive changes and active and active changes.Traditional project change management procedures are mainly for passive and passive changes,and there are few management procedures for responding to active and active changes.The software and hardware such as refrigerator Wi Fi modules are highly integrated Research on the active change management of the IT projects in China is even less.The thesis adopts literature research,case study,experience summary and other methods to improve the research of H company refrigerator Wi Fi module project change management.The main contents of the paper research include:(1)analyze the characteristics of refrigerator Wi Fi module project change,and summarize through historical project data The main change points of the project,combined with the project change characteristics and change points,analyzed the project change problems and the root cause,and found that the refrigerator Wi Fi module project has four major problems: imperfect change process,insufficient impact evaluation,complicated change communication system,and lack of monitoring mechanism for changes;(2)Based on the theories of basic project management concepts,project change classification,project change management process,project management tools,and agile principles in PMBOK,research on refrigerator Wi Fi module project change management issues,propose improvements to the change process,and establish a change impact assessment model 1.Use communication technology to improve communication efficiency and introduce responsibility allocation matrix to monitor the implementation of change solutions,apply agile principles to proactive changes in the project,and ensure the implementation of favorable changes;(3)Apply improved research results to specific Cases and effect evaluation,by comparing the impact of project change management before and after improvement on projects and products,summarize the feasibility and effectiveness of research results.Through this research,it was found that due to the combination of software and hardware characteristics of the refrigerator Wi Fi module project,the project change management process should be compatible with its project characteristics.It should be dynamically adjusted according to the content and impact of the change.Consider the use of agile principles when responding to active changes.In the process of implementation,select the appropriate communication method and make full use of the responsibility allocation matrix.At the same time,it also requires the project manager to continuously accumulate project experience and continue to optimize and improve the project change management process and system.The research results of the thesis can help project managers to assess project risks in advance and formulate risk countermeasures.When changes occur,they can quickly adapt to changes and control changes with the help of research results,and actively adapt to and actively respond to innovative changes.This has important practical significance for the project manager to control the project delivery schedule,improve product quality,and enhance the company’s product competitiveness and user satisfaction.
