Research On Construction Innovation Management Based On The FuQian Line Smooth Change Establish Project

With the continuous progress and continuous development of the society,a relatively systematic management theory has been formed in the long-term exploration and practice of our project management.The project management is in the transition from the rough management model to the "fine" management,and the efficient and scientific project management is the key point of the magnificent transformation.However,there are various problems in project management,and some enterprises' project management has been in a state of bottleneck and stagnation.Backward management mode has been unable to adapt to the pace of rapid development of the construction industry,innovation and reform is imperative.So how to speed up the pace of project management in China and put forward effective and feasible innovation and reform strategy is the key point of this paper.Based on the analysis and investigation of the current situation at home and abroad,This paper expounds the common management methods in the construction management,which are lagging behind,the general quality of personnel is not high,the safety management consciousness is not enough,the quality management supervision is not comprehensive,the progress management is not good,the cost management effect is not good,and the green management concept is weak,responses in these areas.In this paper,based on the concept of project management,based on the existing management theory of FuQian line,the innovation method of management reform is put forward on the basis of the existing management theory.At the same time,the concept of railway crossing reconstruction and the main situation of FuQian line railway,construction process,construction organization and labor organization,and construction general layout are introduced.The key points and difficulties of the project are explained and the solutions are solved.From the four main modules of construction period,quality,safety and green civilization construction,the objectives of FuQian line construction are explained.The content covers the system,thought,technology,organization and other aspects of reform factors,which can be used as the guarantee system and management measures of the four modules.This paper constructs the evaluation system of construction management,analyzes the management evaluation of FuQian line engineering on the basis of the research,analyzes the main problems in management,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference and reference for similar project construction management.
