| In response to the country’s policy of "energy conservation and emission reduction,low carbon economy",in recent years,there have been active efforts to improve the energy efficiency of existing office buildings.Lanzhou is located in the northwest inland,the economy is backward,it is restricted by its terrain and climate conditions,and the natural resources and energy are scarce.As an industrial city,Lanzhou have stock of office buildings,high energy consumption.With energy saving consciousness weak,energy-saving research lag and theoretical system is not sound at the same time,which badly influence the developments of Lanzhou where the urban development of the energy resources are scarce.This paper studies the energy-saving transformation of existing office buildings in Lanzhou.Make the reconstruction project of comprehensive lab building of Gansu civil engineering research institute as an example,it tries to find the suitable energy saving methods and transformation modes for existing office buildings in Lanzhou,and provides the reference for energy-saving transformation of existing office buildings in the future Lanzhou.This paper first analyses the existing office building energy consumption situations in Lanzhou,and the energy consumption characteristics of existing office buildings in Lanzhou from five aspects: retaining structure,the air conditioning system,power system,water system and management system.Then poses the problems of existing buildings energy consumption and some concrete ways of energy consumption in Lanzhou.According to above analysis,this paper puts forward the appropriate technology for energy-saving transformation of Lanzhou existing office buildings,and proposes specific energy-saving transformation measures from five aspects: improving building palisade structure,air conditioning system,power system,water system and management system correspondingly.Combined with the outstanding case of existing office buildings energy saving transformation,the study of reconstruction process and the method of reconstruction project of comprehensive lab building of Gansu civil engineering research institute combines theoretical research and practical project,analyses related technical measures of comprehensive lab building energy-saving transformation,summarizes the practical experience in the energy saving transformation process.Finally,this paper have concluded the main method of energy-saving transformation of existing office buildings and the mode of energy-saving reconstruction. |
