Study On The Rural Settlement System Of Huangling County

Huangling County is located in the west of the central part of Shaanxi Province and the south of Yan'an City.It belongs to the typical hilly and gully landform of the Loess Plateau,and it is a fragile ecological environment area in China.In recent years,with the rapid development of new urbanization and industrialization,the traditional rural pattern has changed significantly.The serious outflow of rural population,the deterioration of ecological environment,the lag of infrastructure construction,the extensive and hollow use of land and other problems need to be solved.The original rural settlement system has not met the needs of rural social and economic development.How to carry out the intensive integration of rural settlement system and scientifically build the rural settlement system is particularly important to realize the healthy and orderly development of rural areas.In this paper,Huangling County rural settlements as the research object,mainly including background analysis,development condition analysis,characteristics and problems analysis,system development evaluation and system construction five parts.The first part is background analysis,including research background,research review,basic concepts and basic theories.The second part is the analysis of development conditions,including natural conditions,social population,economic development and history and culture.The third part is the analysis of the characteristics and problems.With the help of the intersection tools and the nearest neighbor analysis tools in ArcGIS,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the characteristics of rural settlement system is carried out from the three aspects of the scale,function structure and spatial layout,and the current characteristics and problems of rural settlement system are summarized.The fourth part is the evaluation of the development of the settlement system.It selects different evaluation factors from four aspects of population structure,social economy,resource endowment and facility construction to construct the evaluation system.It makes a comprehensive evaluation of the development of the rural settlement system in Huangling County.The rural settlement is divided into the highest score,higher score,general score,lower score and the lowest score Rural settlements can be divided into four categories: urbanization,key development,control development,migration and combination.The rural settlements can be classified into four categories,and the development of rural settlements can be scientifically guided.The fifth part is the construction of the rural settlement system,including the determination of the scale of hierarchy,the organization of the functional structure and the spatial layout.In terms of scale level,firstly,it is proposed that rural settlements in Huangling County should be constructed according to the three-level system of "building town,Central Community and general community";secondly,the total scale of rural settlements in Huangling County is predicted according to the cultivated land bearing capacity method and the comprehensive population growth rate method,which are 28000 and 35000 respectively.The population scale of each level is determined according to the scale effect of public service facilities,and finally it is confirmed The minimum population size of different levels in Dingxi mountain area is 1500,4500 and 20000,and that of Eastern tableland area is 3000,20000 and 30000.In terms of function structure,the functions of six construction towns are divided into four types: comprehensive service type,industrial type,agricultural and sideline product processing type and agricultural trade type.The functions of 39 central communities and 64 general communities are divided into four types: agricultural type,industrial type,trade type and characteristic tourism type.In terms of spatial layout,first of all,on the basis of the suitability analysis of rural settlement land,the spatial structure of "one core,one belt and three areas" is formed,and the layout of rural settlements in each suitability area is determined;Secondly,the rural settlements in Huangling County are divided into three layout forms: linear layout,block layout and scattered layout.Finally,in view of the uneven and backward infrastructure,reasonable layout measures are proposed.The research on rural settlement system of Huangling County aims to promote the coordination and sustainable development of population,economy,society,resources and environment in rural areas,so as to provide reference for the construction of rural settlement system in Northern Shaanxi and other ecologically vulnerable areas.
