Study On Organic Renewal Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Anji County

Since the birth of organic renewal theory in the late 1970 s,it has become a popular form of improvement of human settlements.Promoted by the integration of urban and rural areas,the overall human settlements in rural areas in China are seriously damaged by the ecological environment;unreasonable land use,unreasonable occupation of arable land,unreasonable building;weak infrastructure construction;serious shortages of water supply,roads,sanitation facilities,safety facilities and so on.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of scientific and rational planning,resulting in confusion in fund coordination,regardless of the actual situation in the countryside,large-scale construction and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to apply the theory of organic renewal scientifically and reasonably to the improvement of rural human settlements.In this paper,the organic renewal system of rural human settlements environment is constructed by means of literature collection,theoretical analogy and reference.Then,the organic renewal model of rural human settlements environment is summarized,and the theory of cluster cities is extended to establish the "classification model of rural communities" for organic renewal of rural human settlements environment,and the organic renewal model of rural human settlements environment at county level is constructed.And the content of the model is applied to the compilation of the organic renewal planning of the human settlements environment in Anji County.The full text is summarized into four conclusions.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of organic renewal of human settlements environment,including six relevant theories,six basic principles and five steps to establish an organic renewal system of rural human settlements environment in County level.By introducing the classification method of biological community and combining the theory of cluster city,the classification model of rural community was established.It includes the determination of the type of rural human settlements,the organic renewal strategy of human settlements,and the organic renewal measures of human settlements.The "classification model of rural communities" proposed in this paper is applied to the organic renewal of rural human settlements in Anji County.The rural areas in Anji County are divided into five types: agricultural product supply type,ornamental resource type,agricultural leisure type,urban driving type and ecological protection type.Finally,taking Anji County as an example,according to the classification results of "Classification Model of Rural Communities",the upgrading strategies of organic renewal of human settlements in different rural types are put forward.On the basis of previous studies,this paper makes a summary study on the organic renewal of rural human settlements environment in order to play a guiding role in the organic renewal of rural human settlements environment at county level in the future.
