Study On The Living Space Pattern And Living Convenience Of Xi'an

The continuous and in-depth development of urbanization process brings a series of changes to the city.The comprehensive development of urban construction and the continuous composite urban functions affect the optimization and reconstruction of urban spatial pattern in space.As an important functional space,urban residential space is not only limited to the function of providing residential space for urban residents,but also has the comprehensive function of improving the quality of life of residents and innovating the way of production and life.It has important theoretical research value and practical reference significance for the development and change process,current development characteristics and future development trend of urban residential space,for improving and optimizing the quality of residential space,promoting the organization and coordination between urban internal functional spaces,and promoting the city to maintain sustainable development competitiveness.This paper takes six districts of Xi'an city as the specific object,starting from two aspects of residential space distribution and living convenience,using big data information sorting and GIS spatial analysis and other means.First,it extracts the effective data about new houses and second-hand houses within the research scope,analyzes the differentiation characteristics of residential space in Xi'an City,and discusses the reasons for the formation of residential space pattern.Secondly,taking POI data as the basic data unit,this paper calculates the living convenience of Xi'an residential area,and evaluates the living convenience from the two aspects of the whole urban area and the living community of Xi'an.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy for Xi'an residential space and explores the planning strategy of improving the living convenience with the case of Hongqing plot in Baqiao district.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The residential space in Xi'an is still expanding to the South and North,and the spatial distribution shows a multi-core trend.At the same time,the intensity of residential development in the central area of the city is gradually weakened,and the development power of suburbanization is strengthened;(2)There are significant differences in the number of residential development and housing prices in different administrative regions of Xi'an City,showing the characteristics of taking the high price residential area as the center and expanding outwards in a circle.The high price residential areas are concentrated in the areas with the best comprehensive conditions in the city,while the low price residential areas are scattered in the outer city;(3)According to the evaluation and calculation of living convenience,the spatial distribution of living convenience in Xi'an is basically consistent with the price differentiation of residential areas,showing a certain positive correlation in space.Generally speaking,the overall convenience of life in the main urban area of Xi'an is not high,the high convenience area only occupies a small part of the area,while the low convenience area shows a large area of balanced diffusion;(4)The average convenience index of the main urban area of Xi'an city is set as the passing line.The total standard rate of the whole city's residential community is 73.67%.There are obvious differences among the administrative regions.Among the residential communities in Yanta District,the number of communities with the standard of convenience is the largest,while Baqiao district is the least.Baqiao district is an area that needs to be improved urgently in the future public service supporting construction of Xi'an.
