Study On The Distribution And Utilization Of Urban Residential Space Based On Big Data

Urban big data promote urban planning to be refined and quantified.It also provides a new perspective of urban cognition,new technologies and methods of urban planning.Taking the China Science and Technology City(Mianyang city)in the southwest mountain city as an example,throu gh the deep excavation of the big data of the urban network housing source and the ARCGIS spatial analysis technology,we studied the spatial distribution,differentiation and evolution trend of urban renting,second-hand housing and new housing.On this b asis,combined with geographical elements such as urban topography,river and road,explored the distribution characteristics of urban residential space.The study found that:(1)the residential space in Mianyang presents the distribution characteristics of "East and West expansion,North South renewal",and the terrain shows the trend of continuous climbing from both sides of the river valley to the low hill gentle slope.(2)In different housing sources,renting houses and second-hand houses are concentrated in the low hill and Yang slope in the mountainous area,Most of these areas are old towns,developed businesses and convenient transportation areas,and the new housing source is concentrated in the east slope of the mountain low hill,mostly located in the city boundary area,and presents the "Enclave type" development structure.(3)Combined the different distribution characteristics of the housing source,the residential space of the study area is divided into the old city residential area,the old city residence renewal area and the new city residential growth area.and the aim is to put forward the cotton space.Put forward suggestions for optimizing residential layout in Mianyang.According to the characteristics of urban residential space distribution,analyzed the causes of the spatial distribution in Mianyang city from five aspects of natural environment,historical background,urban planning,urban traffic and population structure.Through the analysis of the convenience of the residential space and the dynamic distribution characteristics of the travel population in Mianyang city,analyzed the utilization of residential space in Mianyang city.It is found that center group has the highest degree of convenien ce and the high concentration of all kinds of public service facilities,which decreases with the increase of the distance from the center group and the city center of Mianyang.The commuter pressure is heavy,and there is a serious tidal traffic phenomenon.
