| The establishment of a sound system for home-based care facilities can enable the elderly to obtain comprehensive,continuous and necessary elderly care services in a comfortable community environment.This paper based on the actual investigation of the existing community home care facilities in Beijing,this paper finds out the current situation in Beijing.The content,development process and linkage mechanism of community home-based care system in several developed regions are sorted out,and the commonness of community home-based care system in developed regions is obtained.Through the investigation of Suzhou’s pension system and network information platform,the operation of internal linkage mechanism of the system was obtained.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly in Beijing from the demand side,and the types of services needed by the elderly were obtained.Combined with the above four points,the author integrated the sustainable care facility system suitable for the elderly in Beijing,and provided reference basis for the construction of the sustainable care facility system in various regions in China.Chapter 1 and 2 introduce the study background,the necessity of the research,the related existing literatures.Also,the chapters describe the main content,state the goals and theoretical basis,and explain the study method.Chapter 3 targets on the statistics of the construction area,scale,number of users and other information of all kinds of sustainable care facilities for the elderly in Beijing,as well as the investigation of the space usage of facilities for the elderly..Chapter 4 is focusing on the research and analysis of existing home-based care facility system in developed countries.The chapter concludes the relationshipbetween facility system and changes of policies and elderly population.We notice that there are some common characteristics in these developed countries when we were doing the research and analysis.Then,we analyzed the internal linkage mechanism further based on our findingChapter 5 is a survey on the pension information platform and pension equipment in Suzhou.It summarizes and verifies the requirement type of pension services and the linkage mechanism of the facility system.Chapter 6 is a questionnaire for elderly,who based in Beijing,with different health conditions and ranges of age.We divide them into various types of pension services that the elderly really need,according to the results of analysis of the survey.Chapter 7 is a summary and outlook,reviewing the conclusions of the paper,proposing suggestions for the home-based care and looking forward to the future development prospects of the care for the elderly in Beijing.Building the continuous care facility system and linkage coordination service mechanism is a key point to solve the issues of community home care in our country.The system integrates a variety of resources of elderly home care and medical service from inside and outside of communities.Meanwhile,it works through the coordinated services of internal linkage mechanism,making the elderly are able to stay at home comfortably as long as possible.Promoting the coordinated development of community home-based care facilities and medical service equipment,combining the system level improvement of medicine and nursing care can not only satisfy the demand of Chinese societies in the future,but also provide a reference of establishing the community home-based sustainable care and nursing care facilities in various regions of China. |
