Research On Supply Chain Performance Of Guangxi Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Ecological Innovation

Under the background of deepening supply-side structural reform and realizing the strategic goal of manufacturing power “made in China 2025”,the traditional growth mode of high energy consumption and high pollution is not conducive to the sustainable development of economy,so it is imperative to transform and upgrade the manufacturing industry.Nowadays,the competition of manufacturing enterprises has developed into the competition between the supply chains of manufacturing enterprises.The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing supply chain force supply chain enterprises to carry out eco-innovation.Judging whether supply chain eco-innovation transformation is effective or not depends on whether the supply chain can increase its performance and enhance its market competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific performance evaluation system as the basis of judgment.If the supply chain of Guangxi automobile manufacturing enterprise wants to obtain the competition success,it must make the performance evaluation based on eco-innovation.So that the supply chain node enterprises can analyze the problems in the operation process according to the evaluation results,make corresponding improvement,improve the eco-innovation ability,and develop towards the direction of realizing the sustainable development of the environment.This paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi by comparing the development status of supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China.This article takes the eco-innovation theory and the supply chain performance theory as the theoretical basis,and combines the characteristics of the supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi.From the five aspects of economic benefit,environmental benefit,social responsibility,customer satisfaction and competitive ability,the index system of supply chain performance evaluation for Guangxi automobile manufacturing enterprises based on eco-innovation is constructed.Using questionnaire and Analytic hierarchy process to set up weights,and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on trigonometric function.Thus,the supply chain performance evaluation model of Guangxi automobile manufacturing enterprises based on eco-innovation is constructed.Taking SAIC Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd.as the core enterprise and as a case study,this paper makes an empirical study on the supply chain of Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd..By comparing the performance evaluation results before and after the implementation of eco-Innovation in supply chain,it is found that the performance level is improved and the effect of eco-innovation is remarkable,which verifies the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system proposed in this paper.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in:The supply chain performance index system and model of Guangxi automobile manufacturing enterprises are built from the perspective of eco-innovation,and the supply chain performance of Guangxi automobile manufacturing enterprises based on eco-innovation is evaluated.
